The Minister responsible for telecommunications, in exercise of the power conferred by section 86 of, and paragraph 26 of Schedule 2 to, the Electronic Communications Act 2011, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1.- This Notice may be cited as the Electronic Communications Act 2011 Commencement Day Notice 2013.

Commencement

2.- Other than Schedule 2 in its application to Information Service Providers (as defined in paragraph 26 of that Schedule), the Electronic Communications Act 2011 shall come into operation on 28 January 2013.
